1. What Information Do We Collect?

TLDR: We collect information you give us directly, and some basic technical information automatically when you visit our site.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you fill out a form, book a consultation, or contact us. This may include:

  • Name
  • Email address

  • Business name and details
  • Any information you include in messages or form submissions

Information collected automatically:

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This data helps us understand how our site is being used and improve performance.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

TLDR: We use your information to respond to you, deliver our services, and occasionally send relevant communications. We do not sell your data.

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services
  • To book and manage consultations and client engagements
  • To send administrative communications related to your account or project
  • To send marketing communications, where you have not opted out
  • To analyze and improve our website and services
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Do We Use Cookies and Tracking Technologies?

TLDR: Yes — we use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. You can control this through your browser settings.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information about how you interact with our website. These include:

  • Essential cookies required for the site to function
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand traffic and usage patterns

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your settings. Doing so may affect certain site functionality.

4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

TLDR: We only share your information when necessary to deliver services or comply with the law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

  • With service providers who assist in operating our website and delivering our services (e.g., scheduling tools, CRM platforms, email platforms)
  • With business partners, only where relevant to a specific service you have requested
  • In connection with a business transfer, merger, or acquisition
  • To comply with applicable law, legal process, or government requests
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of Enthrova LLC, our clients, or others

We have not sold or shared personal information to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

5. Do We Use AI-Powered Products?

TLDR: Some of our services are powered by third-party AI tools. We use reputable providers and do not share your data with them beyond what is needed to deliver the service.

Enthrova offers AI-powered services including AI agents, chatbots, and workflow automation. To deliver these, we may use third-party AI platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic. When AI tools are used in a client engagement, we configure them with only the information needed to perform the task and in accordance with each provider’s data handling policies.

We do not use your personal information to train AI models without your explicit consent.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

TLDR: We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible, we store it securely and isolate it from further use.

7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

TLDR: We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet-based transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Do We Collect Information from Minors?

TLDR: No. Our services are intended for adults and businesses only.

We do not knowingly collect or market to individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at info@enthrova.com and we will take steps to delete it.

9. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

TLDR: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to make a request.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information
  • The right to withdraw consent for processing, where consent is the legal basis
  • The right to opt out of marketing communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@enthrova.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

TLDR: We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals, as no universal standard exists.

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature that signals to websites that you do not want your browsing activity tracked. Because there is no universally agreed-upon standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

11. Do United States Residents Have Specific Rights?

TLDR: Residents of certain US states have additional privacy rights under state law. Contact us to make a request.

Residents of certain states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others, may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information is being collected about them
  • Know whether their personal information is being sold or disclosed and to whom
  • Opt out of the sale of their personal information
  • Access their personal information
  • Request deletion of their personal information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To submit a request, contact us at info@enthrova.com. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

TLDR: Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services — such as LinkedIn or scheduling tools — that are not operated by Enthrova LLC. This privacy policy applies only to our website and services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or by prominently posting a notice on our website.
